How to Report Lost Property
You should take immediate action as soon as you realize you have lost your belongings.
Try to remember where you lost your item. Security, cafe, restroom, check-in counter, etc.
Report the situation to airport staff, security personnel, or an authorized representative at the information desk. They will direct you to the correct department.
When you arrive at the Lost and Found office, you will be asked to fill out a detailed form. You should include the following information on this form:
Describe the type, brand, color, size, and other distinguishing features of the lost item in detail.
Write down the estimated time and place where your item was lost.
Write down your contact information.
Write down your flight information.
Once your registration is complete, you will be given a reference number. Be sure to keep this number. You will be contacted via this number when your item is found.
